Office Assistant – Casual Part Time

Envision Financial is seeking a casual part time office assistant for our office at Philip.

This opportunity would suit a friendly, reliable person with can do attitude. This role will support our team and undertake a number of roles, depending on what general office support is required each day. Good basic knowledge of Microsoft would be an advantage. Attention to detail is a must.

The role is varied where responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Photocopying and scanning documents
  • Filing
  • Assisting with data entry, and
  • Other general office tasks.

About the candidate

No formal qualifications are required for this position, however general office experience would be highly regarded. The successful applicant will also have an excellent work ethic, be punctual and reliable, be organised, friendly and proactive. Additionally, the candidate will have the right to work in Australia
